We loved the beautiful design of the property, from the gorgeous restaurant and pool area set amongst lush, tropical plants, to the spacious room with stunning indoor-outdoor bathroom. We also loved dining in which we did most days, as the food was delicious, good value and the ambience sitting on the pagoda area was outstanding. Above all else, we loved the staff - so genuinely friendly and helpful and fun. We can’t recommend this place highly enough.

I highly recommend this hotel. The cottages are located practically right on the beach with a calm ocean. Compared to other parts of the island, the waves here are relatively small, and the water is clean and warm. Additionally, there is a pool with a view of the ocean available for use. The conditions in the cottages are decent, everything is clean, and there is nothing to complain about. The food in the restaurant is excellent, fresh, and of high quality. However, what touched us the most were the people—the entire staff is incredibly friendly. They were very eager to talk with us, sharing stories about the island, local customs, and everyday life. My husband and I have traveled to many places around the world, but we have never formed such a warm and close relationship with the staff as we did at Utama Villas. We will remember our stay for the rest of our lives! We extend our heartfelt thanks and wish the hotel continued success and constant occupancy.

Beautiful property in an amazing location. Quiet, and surrounded by rice fields and a view of mount Agung. Very spacious home with a large pool and garden. The pool was a bit dirty when we arrived but they immediately cleaned it for us! Owner is very friendly and arranged two bikes for us to rent, which can be tricky in this area. The bathroom is very spacious and well equipped with a nice shower.
