The staff were amazing. The hospitality of staff in Indonesia is amazing. Little things like when we left, one of the staff offered to fill my kids water bottles for the journey without prompting. Very caring. Or after the kids had been swimming they offered us a drying rack without prompting. Breakfast for the kids was great; either omlette, toast or pancakes. Cereal was available 24/7. The pool was available 24/7, with lighting overnight. Honestly amazing hotel and staff, so great value too. They were very accomodating with us on our check out day even though they were fully booked that night.

Great location Tremendous and warm hospitality Clean room Staff available around the clock The booking was done last minute (right after arrival at Yogjakarta airport)due to unforeseen circumstances. We booked a deluxe and a minimalist room. But to our suprises, our deluxe room was upgraded WITH NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. Upon arrival, we had not much trouble finding the place. Externally, the place does not scream hotel/B&B/homestay/etc.. It look like an ordinary family house and it feels like it too. Checking in is a smooth sail. Just provide your credentials, read the fine prints and some signing without even realise, you already lying on the thick and comfortable queen size bed. Each morning we get to taste different kind of breakfast usually had by the locals, since we are of same root (asian) it makes us feels at home. The family is always around and available. We can get recommendations and insights of what, where, who, when and how to our planned activities and services like laundry, convinience stores and eateries.

We were here for 5 nights and enjoy very much. It is nice, clean and quiet homestay. There is terrace with little kitchen with free coffee and tea, and free water for refill. Location is also great, everything is close, near the street where every day is live music in bars (2 minutes).

Close to the restaurants. The big room was perfect size, but be aware that the small ones are very small for a couple. Breakfast is good. The staff was very helpfull all the time, the lady even paid us the taxi to go to the train station.

Friendliest most helpful staff ever. It was easily one of the best places I've ever stayed. If you're in any of the cities where there is a Snooze, you should strongly consider staying there!
