The villa is stunning ! Perfectly functional with high end equipment, the villa is clean, beautiful and well maintained. The couple that own the unit are very nice. The unit itself is mostly under their house so there are almost no windows. It is well venitalated , though, so everything is pleasant. It is well outfitted and has a small kitchenette and a double bed that is big enough (but if it had a spring matress, would have been more comfortable). It is obvious that the owners care and make an extra effort to make the most of the place. As for location, it is near a senior residence (Migdal HaIr) and a hospital . We are observant, and needed to be in Kfar Saba for the Shabbat. The unit is semi suitable, meaning it is manageable, but not ideal. If observant and coming for Shabbat, make sure you bring cellotape (for the refrigerator), a small water urn (for hot water for coffee on Shabbat) and maybe a shabbat platter . The do have a small shabbat clock for your use. The Beit Hillel shul is very lovely and friendly and it is only five minute walk away. If coming for Shabbat , it is highly recommended.

A neat little villa with a pool, a good location, great option for a short business trip with a one-night stay. I mistakenly booked the date the day before my arrival, but the host Arik was the absolute champion and gave me a room on the day I actually needed it. Thanks again!

Staying in the room was a delightful experience. The room was was tastefully designed. The bed was like a cloud, providing a peaceful night sleep. The room is located in the city center, close to shops and supermarkets. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a centrally located stay in the heart of Petah Tikva

very atmospheric old house in fabulous area. near to everything. walked every morning on the beach 5 minutes away. zvikazexcellent host even got me a new hairdryer. Coffee shop Alma also delicious breakfasts. love this place.
