The couple that own the unit are very nice. The unit itself is mostly under their house so there are almost no windows. It is well venitalated , though, so everything is pleasant. It is well outfitted and has a small kitchenette and a double bed that is big enough (but if it had a spring matress, would have been more comfortable). It is obvious that the owners care and make an extra effort to make the most of the place. As for location, it is near a senior residence (Migdal HaIr) and a hospital . We are observant, and needed to be in Kfar Saba for the Shabbat. The unit is semi suitable, meaning it is manageable, but not ideal. If observant and coming for Shabbat, make sure you bring cellotape (for the refrigerator), a small water urn (for hot water for coffee on Shabbat) and maybe a shabbat platter . The do have a small shabbat clock for your use. The Beit Hillel shul is very lovely and friendly and it is only five minute walk away. If coming for Shabbat , it is highly recommended.

A neat little villa with a pool, a good location, great option for a short business trip with a one-night stay. I mistakenly booked the date the day before my arrival, but the host Arik was the absolute champion and gave me a room on the day I actually needed it. Thanks again!

Staying in the room was a delightful experience. The room was was tastefully designed. The bed was like a cloud, providing a peaceful night sleep. Loved our stay at Trieste Neve Tzedek Boutique Suites Tel Aviv! The location is unbeatable, with an array of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops just a stone's throw away. The Suite itself exudes an old-world charm that's both elegant and comforting. When it comes to amenities, the suite has it all—AC, cable TV, a small fridge, and a coffee machine complete with capsules. A thoughtful touch was the bottle of milk and cold water that awaited us upon arrival. The bathroom doesn't skimp on extras either, offering an ample supply of towels and a hair dryer. Stepping outside, you'll find a cozy terrace equipped with seating, a water machine, and a microwave, perfect for some outdoor relaxation. Last but not least, the hosts were incredibly gracious and responsive, ensuring a seamless stay from start to finish. Note that this is a boutique establishment, so there's no reception, but this was never an issue given the attentive service. All perfect. Good location near the beach and few stations by bus from Old Jaffa. The Host is very kind and helpful. There is a nice Living room,two terraces and two big bathrooms. Everything is tastefully designed. Rooms are new and the bed is totally comfortable. We slept like babies and compare to another zones in the city there was no noise. I would definitely come again.
