Friendly staff. They also have a convenience shop and pharmacy right there by the same owners which is very convenient. They have a mini fridge as well. Gym in walking distance. Not too far from the bus station. Beds were comfortable. Everything was clean

We booked the room for 5 days from our country as we wanted to find a flat in Candolim for a long staying, but we stayed in this hotel for 3 monthes. Edward and all his family are very hospitable and help in all the questions. There are rooms with kitchen and without. The rooms are clean and comfortable with TV, frige, fan, air conditioner (as it is on photos). The hotel is the last one on small road with almost no transportation, so you don't hear the noise.

We liked the big rooms and good ac. Jack was very nice and helped with everything we needed like laundry service. It is close to the beach and other restaurants. I would go here again next time.

What a magnificent old and well maintained house in a quite spot in Goa, with a short walk to the beach. What stood out though where the people working there, who were beyond friendly, welcoming and helpful. The food was delicious and easily the best one around.
