We found this accomodation on booking.com and gave it a try. It was a good decision, we enjoyed our stay here. The host was very welcoming, being there at our disposal but not disturbing us. Our room was simple and big and comfortable with an attached bathroom, hot water was available. I liked that all information is given in a message after booking, with clear rules, covering everything. We know what to expect and the host is very straightforward with us. Thank you for the pleasant stay, Mr Johnson.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Shore Stories! From the moment we arrived, we knew our stay was going to be very special. This was our 'relaxation phase' of our trip and Ajay went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our stay was accommodated and exceeded! Food, drinks, transport, entertainment, restaurants... he catered to our every need and he's also an incredibly kind, caring and considerate man! The space is pure bliss - secluded beach with golden sand and clear warm waters, with an immaculate room, huge comfortable bed, outside terrace with sunset views every evening (either from the room itself or the upstairs terrace). This is the perfect stay if you are looking for time in nature and the backwaters. Room is comfortable, clean, and with AC - so you can relax perfectly in the room. The balcony is great too and offers direct view on the littler river. The host Lizza is kind and fun, always there to help, Plan trips, cook food for you. The whole house is so beautiful, so you will enjoy having breakfast/dinner on the long table in the Main hall. This place seems suitable for anyone: alone-traveller, backpackers, couples, familys with kids. They have a garden to hang out too! And best part: its only 10sec walk to the starting point of your boat trip (Lizza will arrange)! Then you can discover lakes, big rivers, small rivers and village life in the backwaters. Ask Lizza for a TukTuk (Autoriksha) drive through the little streets through this area, so you will see more small rivers with plants, more village life, rice plantages and local life :) This is the place to be! Its perfect for taking a walk too :) Thanks Lizza!

The property is right beside the beach and is very small and private. The owner is such a great guy that by the end of my stay I forgot this was a guest house, felt like I was crashing at a friend's place. The hammocks on the patio are great for relaxing. The place is clean spotless and there's a fridge. Risha (the owner) arranged for a very affordable backwaters trip. Great value for money stay!
