The owner Nanu and his staff is very helpful and very nice people. The location is very convenient, easy access to the beach and local restaurants , also close to Turtle beach, which is a very serene beach in south. The room is very spacious , easy to relax or to work... We found what we have been looking for. We reccomend this place.

Large room with storage space and air conditioning and wifi in the room. We stayed here for 9 days and it was a lovely place to relax. The room was cleaned regularly. Best of all, the location is only a few minutes from the beach as well as a main road with plenty of restaurants and shops. For the price, we could not have asked for more!

Prakash, the host of Pande Residency, made our stay very pleasant - it felt like home. We booked for one night and extended for 10 more. The room was nice and spacious and had a balcony at the back of the building as well as AC. The area around the accommodation is very quiet and peaceful.
