Lovely manager I arrived in the early morning by sleeping bus. My room wasn't free so they gave me another one just to have some rest.and managed to have my room ready quickly. The room just in front of the beach was totally OK.

Stayed here with my spouse and I loved it. Its very peaceful and Quiet. Rooms are well furnished and very clean. All the rooms are with Balcony which makes it special. I highly recommend this place as it is just 5 mins walking distance from Patnem Beach.

Large room with storage space and air conditioning and wifi in the room. We stayed here for 9 days and it was a lovely place to relax. The room was cleaned regularly. Best of all, the location is only a few minutes from the beach as well as a main road with plenty of restaurants and shops. For the price, we could not have asked for more!

Lovely room, comfortable bed and really clean overall! The room also has a great balcony in between the palmtrees, great for reading and relaxing! Perfect location, close to Patnem and Talpona beach. Prakash is so helpful! We booked for 2 nights but stayed more than a week :)
