The location, situated directly on Amalfi Harbor, is incredible. The owners are friendly and forthcoming, rooms are clean and spacious (for Amalfi).

Location, view, staf was great! Even when at a second Floor with stairs Angelo , Ilenia and Martin welcome as downstairs and helped to bring our luggage to the room. It was my birthday and they arranged a cake and procecco when we arrived. Ilenia also helped us reserving a beautiful restaurant to celebrate the occasion. Attention to details and very friendly staff! Surely to recommend!

Our stay at Residenza Ester in Amalfi was absolutely perfect! The host, Andrea, was fantastic – from the beginning he communicated quickly and kindly, helping us organize our arrival, suggesting the best travel options, and even assisting with booking our taxi and tickets to Pompeii. The apartment was spotless, beautifully set up, and very comfortable. We especially loved the balcony area with its beautiful view – the perfect spot to relax after exploring. The location itself was exceptional, close to everything we needed yet peaceful and authentic. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, and the host truly went the extra mile to make our stay unforgettable. We highly recommend Residenza Ester and would love to return one day!

Amazing location, beautiful room and facilities and exceptional staff. We chose to stay here for our anniversary. While it was more expensive than our usual hotels, it was definitely worth every cent! The highlight was the bathtub with a view as well as the friendly staff in reception, the bar and the breakfast service. We hope to be back!

We loved everything about Amalfi Centro, the location, the airy room, the view which was exceptional, the facilities, drinks and beers in the fridge, to chargers beside the bed. We had Room 2 and it was just amazing. We would highly recommend this premises because you are right in the heart of Amalfi beside the port, the buses, taxis as well as all the restaurants, shops and beautiful square. Our view was of the beech and sea which we loved. The room was large and so bright and the TV had Netflix in English - lovely if you chose to watch tv. The host Enza was just amazing and went above on beyond for us. I can’t praise this lady enough. No wonder this property gets such good reviews. It’s also very affordable and has only a few stairs to climb which is hard to find in Amalfi. I research in depth the area and accommodation in each location I and I would def return here time and time again - it is that good. Don’t hesitate to book - you won’t be disappointed.

The rooms were very modern and new. The bathroom as well with a very spacious shower! Breakfast was fantastic, full of local produce and sweets. Swimming pool with amazing views to the gulf. Gerardo and Giuseppina made our stay extremely special

The staff was good. The room was clean and well mentained. The location was nice. There was a kettle in the room, and we also got a good view.

The host is very kind and with a sense of detail. Gianfranco wrote to us in our language before arriving, which made us feel his hospitality even before you see his special place. The house is remarkable, artistic and at the same time modern. Full of art and history. And proud to know that in this house lived a famous sculpture artist with nickname Mao /Gianfranco's grandfather/. And you can see Mao masterpieces all over the house and in Amalfi and Atrani as well. And for sure go up to the tarrace by night to feel nature's power as the mountain rocks are so close to you. Go in the morning as well to welcome the sun, enjoy the sea view and hear the church bells for a great beginning of an unforgettable Amalfiana stay. The room was much better than expected. Highly recommend Casa Mao atmosphere.

Though my stay was brief—just one night—the hotel's exceptional features left a lasting impression. First and foremost, the location is unbeatable. Situated right in the center of Amalfi, it offers easy access to all the major attractions, restaurants, and the beautiful Amalfi Coast views. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, are the outdoor spaces. The hotel as a stunning pool area, where I was able to relax and unwind while enjoying the out door Space. The pool itself is well-maintained, and the surrounding terrace offers panoramic views of the town and the coast, making it the perfect place to soak in the beauty of Amalfi. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. Every corner of the property, from the rooms to the communal areas, was spotless. It’s clear that the hotel takes great pride in maintaining a high standard of hygiene, which made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my stay. One of the highlights of my visit was the hospitality of the staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The team went out of their way to ensure that I had everything I needed, offering helpful tips about the area and making sure my stay was as enjoyable as possible.
