Apt was very nice and very clean, about 2 km from Piazza Maggiore, but easy way to walk there. Staff was very helpful, answered quickly, helped us to store our luggage in our room before check in time (subject to the vacancy, there is no luggage storageroom in the building) and gave good restaurant tips. Exellent price/value.

Fantastic. Hotel quality relaxation right beside the station. Self check-in communication was fast and efficient. We were able to drop bags early and leave them there after check-out. Provided facilities included Nespresso machine and capsules and smart TV. Thank you! Just we needed to recharge our batteries at the end of our trip.

This is my first time i choose this style of accommodation. The location is great next to the central station but 15 min. walk from the old city. The room was new and spotless clean in 6th floor. There are all the basic and much more amenities. Air-condition, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, clean and beauty bathroom, space for clothes and luggages, safe box. In the fridge was waters and snacks plus coffee and teas. Fresh clean and soft towels. The owner, Federico, is my new Italian heroe. He went beyond and above. We didn't meet him personally but his personal touch was everywhere. He contact with me through watchup and he explained everything very clear. He arranged an earlier check in and free breakfast in the caffe opposite of the room. At the end a bag full of tasty local products waiting us to get with us. Literally we are speechless for the kindness and the real hospitality. This is a great place to stay. Definitely we will return.

We loved this property, everything about it - it was clean, comfortable, close to restaurants, parking nearby, bathroom was beautiful and had a lovely little balcony, everything was great. Host was also lovely and gave very clear access instructions. We would definitely return to this place when in Bologna again

This was probably the best accommodation I’ve ever encountered. The photos don’t even do it justice. Spotless, modern and close to everything. No keys dangling, all doors open with a code. The host left snacks, water and coffee for us. She let us leave our bags after check-out and before check-in. A walking distance from Piazza Maggiore, close to all kinds of restaurants, all in all - a perfect find. You can’t go wrong if you book this. Thank you so much, Monica !

Both the room and the bathroom were comfortable and very clean. Good mattress and pillows. A Nespresso machine in the room with the variety of capsules to choose and also some teabags. Two bottles of water. We were a bit late beating through traffic on the way from Milano but the hostess Adriana kindly waited for us without any annoyance as we texted her on the delay. Adriana is a very friendly caring lady of a smile and a fount of information on the places to go in Bologna and around the city. The location is less than half an hour by foot from the historic centre or the railway station but one can also use public transportation, of course.
