Apt was very nice and very clean, about 2 km from Piazza Maggiore, but easy way to walk there. Staff was very helpful, answered quickly, helped us to store our luggage in our room before check in time (subject to the vacancy, there is no luggage storageroom in the building) and gave good restaurant tips. Exellent price/value.

The room was spacious and beautiful, desgined with great taste. Comfortable bed, lovely view from the window on the street, very warm welcome by the host and very good communication since the moment of reservation. The location is also perfect, just in the heart of old town. A place to come back.

Our stay was short, but we really loved and enjoyed the apartment! It was very beautiful and modern with a spacious bathroom, you can tell that it was made with attention in detail! There was a coffee & tea machine and some snacks for breakfast. Davide was a great host, very friendly and helpful. He made sure that everything was okay and even gave us suggestions for restaurants. We loved everything. Highly recommend it, can’t wait to come back!!

This was probably the best accommodation I’ve ever encountered. The photos don’t even do it justice. Spotless, modern and close to everything. No keys dangling, all doors open with a code. The host left snacks, water and coffee for us. She let us leave our bags after check-out and before check-in. A walking distance from Piazza Maggiore, close to all kinds of restaurants, all in all - a perfect find. You can’t go wrong if you book this. Thank you so much, Monica !

The room was beautiful, spacious, modern and cosy. And the walls in nice green color! Kitchen was shared and well equipped. Very comfortable bed and pillows. We had a room number 1 facing to the park but also to the street. A little noisy outside during the night. Easy check-in and check-out thanks to navigation from the owner. 1-2 mins walk to caffetteria for a nice breakfast. Bologna city center and everything is reachable in walking distance. Lidl supermarket is on the other side of the bridge. The communication with the owner was perfect. I can only recommend this place :-)
