The location is amazing, the swimming pool with its panoramic view was fantastic, and the rustic vibe of the property was exactly what we needed to relax. There’s a full kitchen and fridge at your disposal, so you can cook meals or enjoy your own food and drinks. It really feels more like renting a home than just staying in accommodation. Our host, Yelena, was wonderful, very accommodating and flexible with our requests. The rooms and bathrooms are beautiful, and the views all around the property are the perfect finishing touch. Highly recommended! We would definitely come back if we are in the area.

The property was really clean, fully equipped and a new construction. The ceiling was a really nice touch to this modern decoration. It was made with care overalls. Bed was really comfy, perfect bathroom with bidet and shower, temperature was ok. Also a nice view from the window and a great old building, close to piazza de campo.

Elena was awesome and super friendly. The room was clean, spacious and the bed was comfortable. There is a fridge in the common room with a microwave and plastic cutlery. The location was also very good. The condomonium is located on the 3rd floor but there is a (small) elevator. I stayed here for 4 nights and I would stay here again given the chance.

It was so nice having the shared kitchen. We used it to make breakfast. The cafe and restaurant downstairs were great. The rooms are modern and check in and out was made easy. The proximity to Pienza, Arezzo, Siena, and Assisi were great as the location is off an amazing highway. Cristina was amazing!

I stayed here for the Palio and it was very conveniently located right next to the Piazza del Campo. My host, Hamza, kindly showed me how to get into Piazza del Campo during the Palio, and I was able to reach my destination without getting lost. They told me I could take as many bottles of water as I wanted, so I didn't have to worry about drinking water even during the Palio.

Fabulous view from the balcony, spacious room and bathroom, very comfortable and very clean. We appreciated very much the daily supply of bottles of water and the packages of breakfast items (crackers, jam etc), all at no extra charge. All major things to see for a few day's visit are within walking distance. The room lies a few floors above Piazza del Campo, and by closing the windows we were not disturbed by noise during late evenings and nights. Great stay! Highly recommended!

Everything. Please please please go to this property. One of the most incredible stays I have ever seen. Everything is old school and traditional to the closest detail. Of course all is clean and the facilities are very very good. Just breathtaking.
