Everything!! It was beautiful, spotless, like it was brand new. So much character and charm. The bathroom was lovely. The detail and care that has gone into this place really shows. Extremely comfortable bed and the couple who owned the place were so welcoming. The wee town is beautiful and a perfect gem. So glad we found this place.

It is by far the most beautiful apartment I ever had at Booking.com! Even though it's incredibly cheap for an apartment of this size. Don't choose it if you want a super modern kitchen or bathroom, but enjoy the spacious apartment, the incredible view from 2 balconies, the wonderful furniture, and the contact with an extremely friendly host.

The room was lovely, very comfortable and clean. There is also a common area with a kitchen (tea and coffee making facilities, a fridge etc), a dining table and a washing machine. The property is very well located in the heart of the old town. It is a stone’s throw from the jetty - a ferry trip to Isola Maggiore is highly recommended. There is also an amazing bakery with the best pastries next door to the property. Mario is very friendly and easy to communicate with, and very kind and accomodating (allowing us to check in much earlier!).

Everything was perfect. Beautiful place, apartment, surroundings. The breakfast served in the room was delicious. Perfect service.

We had a fantastic time at Fontecristina. I can’t imagine a more beautiful setting - the pool, garden and view are stunning. The apartment itself is exquisite. Krisztina and Lucio are the perfect hosts - they went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, and gave us really helpful tips for things to do and places to go to. The apartment is in a great location to visit other areas. We took day trips to Rome, Perugia, Assisi, Siena, Florence and San Morino. It is also just perfect for lazy days around the private pool, soaking in the beautiful Umbrian countryside!

Really comfortable and clean room with all what is needed. About 15min to city center by walk so not so bad ( in fact, the way wasnt the most comfortable when it s dark). Air condition works great. Big parking- a great plus! Highly recommended: small patisserie with great dolci and sandwiches about 300m from apartment.

The property was right in the heart of town. The view from the balcony was magnificent with breakfast each morning looking over the town and roiling hill it was like nothing I’ve ever experienced before. The hosts were so friendly and helpful 10/10.
