The room was amazing. Everything is new in this accommodation. The bed was extremely comfortable, the shower was powerful and always had hot water straight away. The room has a very clean modern look. I can't forget to mention your host Ilaria, she gave it the human touch of feeling like you were at home, she will give you all the help you need, with which restaurants, bars and pubs to go to and even which vaporetto to take when visiting Murano, Burano etc.

Everything was perfect with our host being very helpful and kind. It is situated in a quiet area where you can find everything (cafes, restaurants and stores), still not so far away from the center. The room was very clean and although breakfast is not served, they provide enough snacks. We felt like home with their hospitality.

The property was spacious, clean and cozy. We were visiting family so the location was perfect, a short walk to where we want you to go and to the ferry. Our host was waiting for us when we got off the ferry and was most helpful, we will be back, we loved it.

The hotel is ideally located, with numerous restaurants just steps away and all major attractions within walking distance. The communication and check-in process were seamless, and the staff went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful with every request.
