Everything was perfect! It was very beautiful terrace on the floor, all that you may need was in room. But first of all I wanna mark that Luciano is as hospitable as possible, one of the best person that I’ve ever met during traveling, truly Italian man. So I can only highly recommend this hotel 👍

First of all, we had the Cave Painting room. Our experience at Household Settembrini was truly beyond outstanding. In addition to the top price-performance ratio and the great room facilities, the location really can't be beat. We had a stove, all the basics you need for cooking, a comfortable bed, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker and a television. The furnishings were well designed, modern and harmonious. Despite our room facing the street, we personally had no problems with the noise. At night you can completely darken the room, which also provides noise protection. However, if you are particularly sensitive to noise, this might be a little annoying. The location is really perfect as you can reach all the sights on foot in a maximum of 30 minutes. Just around the corner is the largest shopping street in Europe, the corso Buenos Aires. Around the other corner is a great inexpensive and diverse restaurant/bar area. In addition, the journey is also hassle-free as it is 5 minutes away from the main train station. The owner is more than friendly and pointed out everything important to us, including nice paths to the attractions and in front of the tourist traps. The breakfast is modest, but you can start the day well with the delicious croissant, freshly squeezed ojuice and delicious coffee. We are thrilled and we will come back!! thank you very much for this stay.

Loved everything. Alberto was so welcoming, it set the tone for the rest of our stay. The warm feeling of the reception area and beautiful terrace were matched by the gorgeous room. The detail of the decor, and thoughtfulness and practicality of it’s features, demonstrate that these are people who care deeply about what they do. It’s just stunning. They couldn’t do enough for us, and were always just a text away. The location is great too. 10-15 minute walk from the centre, with the typical bars and cafes along the way.
