Location is incredible, the room was very comfortable, modern and clean. The staff was super attentive and nice - I had mishap with leaving my key card locked in the room and they were able to provide help after reception hours. Great stay and I would highly recommend.

The room was really nice. A lot of useful kits were found in the bathroom. The interior of the room is 10 out of 10. The staff was very helpful. The location is amazing. To summarise, we liked everything:)

Lovely room in Florence, right next to the river. It looks just like the photos, is spacious and comfortable with cosy indirekt lighting. Our room faced the back so it was nice and quiet. Having parking included was also a huge plus.

Great area, staying at this hotel gives you access to the terrace which is usually empty and you’re allowed to bring up your own drinks which is good, it feels like you have an exclusive view of the Duomo.
