We stayed for one night near Fiumicino Airport and were completely satisfied. The place was spotless, located in a quiet area perfect for relaxing before or after a flight. Frederico was outstanding: kind, helpful, and even arranged our transportation to and from the airport. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay there again!

Property is fabulous, very new and spotlessly clean. Communication with the host beforehand was amazing, she picked us up from the airport for cheaper than a taxi, was super friendly and helpful. The room had everything we’d need including toothbrush and toothpaste, comfortable bed and shutters for the sunlight. Would definitely stay again!

We loved everything. Luana is an amazing host, very kind and attentive. The room is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The kettle and little fridge were great to have.     Amazing host. Great communication & extremely helpful. Top location … a 30 minute flat walk into town. Plenty of parking nearby. Quiet comfortable room with shutters & curtains, air con as well as a fan and plenty of floor space to sort out luggage. The bathroom was spotless and big! We also allowed time to visit Ostia Antica for a few hours before a late night departure which I would highly recommend as it’s only a 10 minute drive from the guest house.

    Leandro the host was so very kind, helpful, and responsive. I chose this guest house as I wanted to eat at a nearby restaurant. I was a little put off by the requirement for self check-in, but Leandro's illustrated instructions were so clear that the check-in was effortless. Bed very comfortable, place very quiet. There is an excellent Roman restaurant nearby.
