There is also a fully equipped kitchen, plus a fridge and air conditioning in the room – everything you need for a perfect stay. The host is exceptionally kind, welcoming, and attentive. We planned to stay only 2 nights, but it was so wonderful that we extended our stay, and the host even upgraded us to a room with a beautiful terrace at no extra cost. I stayed there for a night. It was one of the cleanest guest house I've ever been to - it was like a 5-star hotel service. Exceptional tidiness and a really comfy bed and pillows, I had a great sleep. The quality of the items (shower, coffee machine, hairdryer) and furniture in the room was great. The communication and instructions were easy. Easiest 5-star ever. The airport bus station to CIA and the train station to Rome are 10-15 minutes away by walk. The bus ride to the CIA is only 10min and the train to Rome takes 15 minutes. It's dead easy. P.S. A bit irrelevant, but I really loved the sliding door to the bathroom.
