Giovanni was a wonderful, kind and accomodating host. The room itself was very comfortable. What stood out to me most was how wonderful everything smelled, the cleanliness and attention to detail. Giovanni clearly cares about his guests and want them to have the best experience positive. The flat could not have been cleaner or kept in better condition. The breakfast was generous. Everything felt new and clean and Giovanni was very responsive. I was there for neuromed and Giovanni did all he could to help me and my family during this difficult time.
