Everything was great, villa is beautiful its like from some movie and host is very helpful and friendly. We would definitely come back.

Perfect location - close to the lake, good restaurants and walkable to the train station. Great air conditioning, comfortable bed & pillows, perfectly clean. Great washer & dryer for our mid-trip laundry. Bonus - there was a full fridge with an ice-maker in the shared common area.

We were absolutely delighted with our stay at this hotel! We spent a long time choosing where to stay and can confidently say we made the right decision. The location is fantastic. The hotel is situated in a quiet, non-touristy area, which allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in the atmosphere of a small Italian town — with its own rhythm of life, culture, and traditions. The absence of crowds made it possible to truly enjoy the peace and quiet, accompanied only by the sound of birdsong. All major attractions are within easy reach, and the area has excellent transport links. It’s easy to get around by train, car, or even by water transport. The hotel itself is very cozy and comfortable. The rooms are spotless, with stylish and tasteful interiors. The fresh linens and attention to detail create a warm and welcoming atmosphere — you can really feel the care and heart put into this place. Staying in the room is relaxing and makes you feel right at home. We would especially like to thank the host for their outstanding hospitality. We received detailed recommendations on what to see around Lake Como, how to get around, and where to eat. They were always in touch and ready to help with anything we needed — which made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly recommend these apartments to anyone planning a trip to Lake Como. A wonderful place where you'll feel genuinely welcome!
