The location of the property is spectacular and the owner is so incredibly helpful! The property is very well equipped with everything you would need and mostly everything is automated for check-in / check-out so it is very easy. The Piazza dell'Anfiteatro (the famous oval piazza) in Lucca is viewable from the breakfast room (beautiful birds eye view) and is literally right around the corner from the entrance.

Everything is new and clean, and had all we needed. The rooms are big enough, enough space for a couple. AC was new and great. There is free coffee and tea. The whole stay feels like you're in a hotel room. The building exterior looks old, but don't let that deter you, the inside is completely fresh and renovated. The host was nice and welcoming and ready to help and answer questions. Parking is not included, but that makes no difference, the host suggests free parking spots and helps you find them. We parked for free nearby(5 minute walk) without problems, in the peak of season. Parking is easy to find. There is also parking right infront of the building, but those spots are paid at 1€/hr. Overall, it's just as we hoped it would be. Would pick this spot again. Highly recommended, you will not be disappointed.

A beautiful property, furnished with love and attention by its owner Debora. She provided a warm and friendly welcome as well as a spotlessly clean accommodation. The communal kitchen space for tea, coffee, water and microwave is an added bonus This property is highly recommended. It’s perfectly located for a short walk to the old town, Lucca train station, the city wall and the Mura Di Lucca parkrun start/finish.

Lucia is a great host. The stay ,even for a night on our way to Tuscany, was excellent. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was delicious and served in the nearest patisserie "Stella".
