Very good location. Close to tram, bus, local market. Conditions consistent with the description. Spacious room. Large bathroom. Apartment and bedding are clean. Only 1 kettle available to guests, no dishes, cutlery, are an inconvenience. I recommend this place. Price appropriate to quality.

amazing staff, mr. mwafi and miss francesca were super nice and helpful as possible.. great location which is near to major attractions.. the decor and bed size were perfect.. most importantly, AC was more than perfect ( we even had to turn it down sometimes , so feeling hot is not something to worry about at all! ) .. i would encourage anyone to stay here during their time in venice.
