Stayed at this property in June, and we loved it! Such good value for money, the staff were so friendly and helpful, I was able to text or call any time I needed anything, such as numbers for local taxis. Property has everything you need, there are 4 bedrooms in the apartment and 2 bathrooms. The bathroom was always available when we needed it. There is a big kitchen with all appliances and a balcony that we sat on to eat our breakfast. There are takeaway menus in the apartment that are useful. The property is a 10 minute walk from the bus stop that goes into Venice. The bus goes every 10 minutes, between 6am and midnight.

Place is really good, great location, buses and trams are very close to the accommodation and there is a nice market 2 minutes walk from the accommodation, also a lidl supermarket very close which is handy.

This was a pleasant surprise. The location was amazing. Very close to St Mark's Basilica and a lot of great restaurants We were able to visit all main attractions by walking and no need for the water bus. The facilities are new and modern, considering most of the hotels in Venice are very old. Also, they were able to install and elevator, which was a plus for my mother(70 years old).

We got an upgrade to the junior suite and the room was gorgeous! It was spacious, nicely decorated and super clean. They even have a private pier for gondola ride right outside our room. The hotel staff Enrico was extremely nice and helpful. He gave us accurate recommendations for restaurants and places to visit in Venice. He even arranged a private gondola ride for us and it was amazing! Our stay in this hotel was the highlight of our trip and is the best stay throughout our 2 weeks travel in Europe.
