LaBottega is a lovely property, the rooms are as beautiful as you can see in the pics, very clean and stylish. Great position to visit different places in Versilia like Forte dei Marmi, Viareggio and Pietrasanta or to simply spend a day at the beach in Marina di Pietrasanta. The lovely Serena messaged me upon my arrival and was just a text message away for any question or need. The restaurant looked lovely and we can’t wait to go back to try the food there next time. I really recommend this place.

The B&B is in a magical location, we have never before felt so remote yet comfortable - it is very rare to sleep next to waterfalls, which made the stay feel very special and romantic. My partner and I were staying for our anniversary, and Gianluca (the host) was exceptionally friendly and attentive to all of our needs. The room has all the facilities one could desire, and the breakfast had excellent options - it was particularly nice to be able to choose what we wanted to eat/drink and dine outside. Whilst I had initially chosen the booking for its outstanding location, I would certainly go back equally for Gianluca's hospitality. We had a slight moment of panic when my partner left some of her belongings by mistake in a bedroom drawer, but Gianluca immediately informed us and arranged for the belongings to be delivered to us, which was an extra level of thoughtfulness and honesty that exceeded expectations. We will certainly be visiting Candalla again, as the whole experience was memorable.

Very charming old house. Lovely decorated by an also very sweet couple! Beds are good! Beautiful combination of antiques and art pieces. In about 10 minutes you can walk to the village with a lot of good options to have breakfast or dinner. We did not rent a car and this was very doable. Took every day the bus to rhe beach, about 20 minutes.

Wonderful and comfortable apartments with all amenities and a private courtyard where a lemon tree grows with the most delicious lemons. We were welcomed by a very kind, friendly, and positive Italian hostess, Elisabetta. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a lovely surprise — a bottle of chilled prosecco and a plate of fresh lemons from the garden. The apartments are located in the best area of Viareggio; in July, oleanders bloom along the street, and it looks stunning and very beautiful. The location is extremely convenient, close to the train station, which is perfect for traveling to cities such as Florence, Pisa, Genoa, and the Cinque Terre region, as well as many other destinations. A large Esselunga supermarket is an 8-minute walk away. Beaches and a large park are also nearby. We especially loved that the main entrance can be fully opened, allowing you to enjoy a meal at the large table inside while feeling like you’re outdoors, and if you wish, you can move to the table in the courtyard. You can often hear seagulls calling and birds singing.
