The host was friendly, but the noise level was extremely high. It was impossible to open the balcony door due to the constant sound of traffic and planes flying overhead. The street outside is very busy, with cars honking non-stop throughout the day and night. There is parking available, but only under trees, which caused the car to be covered in fallen branches and debris by the morning – making it hard to even recognize the vehicle. Throughout our 7-day stay, no one came to change the towels or bed linens, nor to take out the accumulated trash. On the positive side, the price was attractive, so it’s hard to complain too much considering the value. When we left the apartment, we followed the instructions on where to leave the key, but it seems the host might have had trouble seeing it and sent us three messages before finally locating it.

Everything was great. Alessandro is such a great host. Our train was late ~30 minutes, so he was waiting for us in front of the building (sorry about that), and he was kind enough to take us to the airport the morning when we had to leave. The room was very clean, and the host provided good breakfast and all the necessities. The bus station is just 2 minutes away, and the train takes you to Roma Termini in 15 minutes, so we would rather stay in F.A.M rooms again then anywhere else in Rome.

Everything was perfect! From the location, to the room, to Giuseppe and Alessia. They were so kind, helpful and attentive. The B&B has an amazing breakfast as well! Would highly recommend going here!

The host of the property was the most welcome and helpful from all who can come across my memory. Kind, caring and attentive! I felt like I was coming home. If you have a late arrival, or early morning flight it is absolutely must to stay away from crowded Rome and relax in the quiet city of Ciampino. In the property there are plenty of options to have cup of coffee or tea. They even have a milk in the fridge) There are supermarket, few restaurants and some small lovely stores within two-three-five minutes from the property. Rome is easily can be reached by train(15 min). Train station is 5 minutes walking distance from Plaza Rooms.

When I was looking for an apartment to rent, this apartment didn’t have any reviews yet, and for a moment, I was afraid the ad might not be true. However, the apartment is very clean and looks better in person than in the photos. Silvia is a wonderful and very helpful person. She allowed us to arrive later than the check-in time because of our flight, and she didn’t want any extra money for it. She also left us some coffee and snacks in the house (this wasn’t mentioned in the ad), which was very thoughtful. The terrace is perfect for enjoying a morning coffee. The house is about a kilometer away from the nearest bus stop, but for us, this wasn’t a problem. This was mentioned in the ad as well. Silvia also sent us instructions before our arrival on how to get from the airport to her house. The area is very quiet. If we ever return to Rome, I’ll first check if this house is available. I highly recommend this place. Thank you, Silvia! :)
