Great place for our stay in Matera, it was walking distance to the city center and we could find free parking nearby. The room was big and had everything we needed, comfy bed and good shower. Italian breakfast at the nearby cafe was also very nice. Recommend for sure.

Our room was spacious and well appointed. The owners were very helpful in giving advice about the area. The location is ideal for visiting Matera - a beautiful ancient city although I imagine it might get very crowded in the height of the summer season. Breakfast was excellent.

The location is perfect, eveything is within walking distance. Dzina is a great host, very friendly and helpful. We were offered breakfast tickets, therefore we could have some breakfast before catching the bus early in the morning, which was quite nice. Would definitely recommend.

Such an amazing Cave hotel. the people are friendly. The room was spacious, with high ceilings. the furniture and amenities all on point. the bed and sleep-sofa both were comfortable, while still also looking like a cave <3 The room also comes with 2 giant moisture guards that keep the room nice. they make noise but can be switched off when going to sleep. Be sure to expect some humidity as it is a cave, this is not a negative point to me as it is logical but it appears not everyone was prepared for it haha You order breakfast the day before. It is then delivered to the room in the morning at the time you choose. The selection was good and the food lovely. on a final note, the entire city and also the hotel is surrounded by slopes and stairs. Wear some good shoes and take your time to get your luggage to and from the place you are staying. There is a manned parking garage near the hotel on the Via Vena (Parcheggio Communbale Via Vena) (few min walk) which costs 20 euro's a day. good price!

Very elegantly designed apartment . Thoughtfully and functionally appropriate for a family. Right outside the walking zone and main area. So you get the best of both worlds. Precise and perfect instructions by the host. Definitely recommended

Nicely renovated, it's super comfortable, practical and stylish. The space is nicely organised and we enjoyed the shower. There are paid parking spots right in front of the apartment which is convenient if there is space. The host who greeted us was nice and very punctual. It's about a 10-minute walk from the central square and about 10-minute walk from Sassi.
