This is such a nice place to stay in. The location is perfect and only 2 minutes walk from the historical centre of Matera. The rooms were clean and modern, the room and bathroom facilities are with top quality. The bedsheets were crisp, white and lightly starched, giving this luxurious feeling as if you are in a five star hotel.

The location was convenient and the room was clean and comfortable. Our room on the 2nd floor had a great view. E-mail communication was smooth and I received a reply immediately. As for the restaurant reservation, We was able to have a wonderful time because they reserved the seat I wanted with a good view.

We really enjoyed our stay! The host was super friendly and gave us helpful maps and tips on what to see and where to eat in Matera. The room was small but very cute, comfy, and super clean. Breakfast was included, and there were also extra drinks like coffee, juice, milk, and water at the entrance. Would definitely recommend!

We had such a great stay at Hydria rooms! The location was perfect for wandering around Matera, and Bibiana was SO SO helpful and gave us the best recommendations :) The room itself was super clean, comfortable and modern... and we loved having 'Alexa' in the room so we could play music and feel at home! There is also street parking right outside which made it really convenient. Would definitely recommend.

    Loved our room, which although clean and modern, was quirky. Pippo was an excellent host and couldn't do enough to help us during our stay. Breakfast was a lovely variety of fresh fruit, pastries, etc. It was in a great location for exploring Matera. Would recommend staying here.
