Truly the best staying experience we've ever had! Everything was above and beyond-- the beautiful location (we could hear the waves from our hotel room), the clean and gorgeous hotel, but most important, the welcoming hospitality. He arranged a parking place, picked us up with a tuk tuk, gave as a tour in the old town of Monopoly and shared the best tips for bars and restaurants. Absolutely lovely!

Very happy with everything. Alla and Enzo are very professional. The room is well appointed and comfortable. And perfectly located for us, for our morning swim. You can judge a place by the toilet paper. 3-ply means they care about their guests. 2-ply means they are more interested in profits.

This was the most amazing location for a visit to the beautiful city of Monopoli. It is right in the heart of the old city, and not too far from free street parking should you need it. We ended up parking on a street about 15 mins walk away, and this would be the furthest you would need to park, with much closer options also available. The staff were absolutely amazing. We experienced the best possible example of a "remote concierge" service, with recommendations being provided within the minute via whatsapp. The room itself was exactly as described. Spacious, with a comfortable bed, with the water pressure and temperature for the shower high. All in all, a perfect stay, and definitely deserves a return visit.

We (a group of 13 friends on holiday in Puglia) had to book several apartments at Il Carrubo after a last minute change from a different place. Regardless the last minute reservation, our check-in was arranged before the expected checkin time, all of our apartments were very clean, modern, spacious and new. The pool area was perfect to relax and enjoy a great view on the green surrounding and plants - every detail is so well curated! Giuseppe and Anna, the hosts and all the staff have been incredible: always available to support us and care about our requests and needs, making our stay relaxing and unique - we could not ask for more and we look forward to staying at Il Carrubo again soon! Highly recommended!
