This was an excellent property, beautiful location with an excellent modern interior. The real beauty of this accommodation was the staff. Not only did they offer to give me lifts into town (after a long day of walking on the Via Francigena)but they also were happy to take me back to the route the next morning. I’d like to thank them for their kindness and generosity.

A place to really discover, for both travelers and owners. You'll be welcomed in a warm old farm totally renovated in the middle of olives fields and the Toscana landscaping. The hosts are very welcoming and caring, especially for the breakfast which was delicious, plenty full and partially composed of local homemade food like yogurt, bread, jam,... Bathroom and bedroom are new, spacious, cosy and very clean. Landscape view. I spent there among my best nights in Italy such comfortable is the mattress and the environment quiet. I like the energy of that B&B and the price for value is very fair. Also, I enjoyed to be able to leave the house on foot and walk around and to the old village of Colle di Buggiano up the hill. I wish I had time to do more and stay longer. For all of that, thank you very much for my lovely stay and I hope to see you again.
