We had a lovely time at Unico Relais, Mariachiara was super helpful and available to us.

We liked everything, from breakfast, room to shuttle service. We choose to hire the shuttle service and it was amazing, even though our plane was delayed several times our driver was patiently waiting for us, we encourage to take this service because you will have no problems and the experience is great. I can’t thank the staff enough for the kindness and tips for visiting the city. We hope to come back soon

We were able to drop off the bags before check in and after check out.

The apartment is close to everything. Secure place with many carabinieri on the street. Afternoon a violinist was playing on the square next the house so we could enjoy on the balcony too. Basically the night was not loud. The room and bathroom looks new. Everything was super. It was our first time in Napoli. If we come back one day we stay here again.

We liked everything. A must stay location when in Naples. The location is perfect. We never used a public transport except train to go to pompeii and funivia to go on top of the hill to reach fort st elmo. Everything is easily reachable by walk and that is one very good thing because by walking around you get more from the atmosphere of the place and people around. Sergio was an extraordinary host together with his beautiful daughter. They were so very helpful that make you feel at home. He got in contact with us days before our arrival, to make sure that we have everything organised and gave us some tips on how to arrive at the location smoothly. Check in was very easy and fast. They gave us so much helpful advises on connections, places to visit, restaurants and some tips known by locals. I cannot praise them enough. You will end up having a new good friend from Napoli. Very genuine people. Room has all the facilities you need, big room with high ceilings and modern furnishings with en suite bathroom, a/c, fridge, tv, tea/coffee making facilities with variety of tea etc.. In the common area they also have an espresso coffee machine, where all the guests can use to their liking, every day taking care of and filled as necessary. Room was found all day clean. I can assure you that you won t regret staying in this place. I don t have any self interest in writing this review but it is genuinely written from the heart. I travelled in a lot of cities around italy and afar and i can definitely say that i never met such a wonderful host anywhere else. Keep it up Sergio.

Great location close to the old quarters. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice rooms. Cold drinks supply for small cost was handy when temperatures were at the 40’s. Good air conditioning. We did not choose breakfast so cannot comment on that. Good value for money.

The property seems it was recently refurbished. Location is superb.

We had a really nice stay. The appartment is nice and clean, the bed and pillows were super comfortable. A small balcony with street view, it was lovely for people watching:) The location is just perfect, very central, you can walk everywhere from here. Tons of restaurants and shops nearby. It is also in walking distance to the port and metro station. The owner, Federica, was very kind, we met her in person and she also replied immediately to all our messages. Wifi worked very well.
