Positioned in a Quiet area and not so far from the center, easily reachable within 5 minutes walking. Nice terrace in the common area to enjoy your meals or simply enjoy the sunrise/sunset vibes. A fridge is available in the room, with complimentary water. Room tidy and clean with your own bathroom and a little balcony facing the plaza to dry your wet clothes/sea towels. Great for a couple of days stop in Noto.

Andrea was an incredibly caring and responsive host, clearly passionate about his home and proud of its history. He helped with our bags, parking, and shared excellent local recommendations. The apartment truly reflects the photos—a unique and charming stay in what was once a Baroque palace, full of interesting design details. We also appreciated the thoughtful welcome treats in the fridge and coffee/tea area. The location couldn’t be better, just steps from restaurants, shops, and Noto’s main sites. Highly recommend for a unique historical stay!

Wow, what an absolute gem this hotel is. The rooms are beautiful, and our private terrace was the icing on the cake. I love the decor, and the fruit and coffee was amazing too. The host was so great when we locked ourselves out our room, and nothing was too much. The local breakfast was held down the road at a local cafe and was just brilliant. The location is perfect. 10/10 will stay here again!

This was by far the most gorgeous accommodation during my entire trip to Italy. The photos on the website are beautiful, but in real life the view is even more breathtaking!!! I was completely blown away. The location couldn’t have been better, and I enjoyed every second of my stay here. The staff is also so helpful and lovely, especially Francesca who helped me with any questions and requests I had. It was the most amazing and unforgettable experience, and I highly recommend staying here!
