Everything, We loved our stay in Residenza il Punto in Perugia. The staff first of all, they were very friendly. When we arrived, after we checked in, when we went into our room, it was an amazing and very specious room. The room was quite large, with an amazing view. We had a balcony which it had some special views. The area was very calm there. The bathroom was large, and it had a big window, which helps to take the humidity out. There is a private parking (which you need to pay) and it feels secure. It's 1 minute walk from the hotel. There are also some spots outside, but im not sure that you were allowed to stay more than check in check out there. We also forgot a wall charger there, which they managed to send it towards Modena for us, however due to this postal service being so idiotic, we couldnt take the charger with. But i believe the lady from the front desk made everything in her power for us to receive it, even though we never had the chance to retrieve it. Thank you so much. Definitely a 10/10 experience for us. We would love to return and be guests of this beautiful place in the future. Book ASAP, since it's worth it.

We were surprised and enjoyed every moment, including the house, the spaces, the design, the lovely couple who hosted us in a generous and kind way. The fine food that the owner's sister cooked. The pleasantness and the beautiful hospitality that Sima and Novolo gave us a feeling of home. Already dreaming of the next time to wake up in the morning to nature, peace and quiet. Budget accommodation in a great location, walking distance to the city, bus station and train station. Shared bathroom but I was aware of this so it was not a problem for me. Francesco speaks great English, is very helpful and a great host. For what I paid for two nights, I was happy with the accommodation.

It's incredibly beautiful, clean, and convenient if you need to be in the center, around universities. The kitchen is really well equipped, the rooms are warm and the atmosphere is very homey. The garden is also really pretty and the view in general is wonderful.
