Location was a perfect distance to the beach, shops, bus and railway station. We loved the marble interior, the room was clean, decorated to a high standard with hot drink facilities and cold drinks in the fridge. The shower was hot, the toiletries provided was a nice addition, lovely fluffy towels. The key code rather than a key for access was quick and easy to use. The motion sensor light gave us peace of mind during the night if needed. It is not necessary to have the room cleaned daily but can be if required. The balcony to watch the hustle and bustle of the busy street was ideal, perhaps a couple of outdoor stools for us nosey people. Spizzo cafe was good for breakfast, the food was tasty, just enough to set us up for a trip to the beach with friendly staff every time.

From start to finish very responsive and accommodating host . The room was spacious and clean . Great location for station and centre . 10 mins from beach. Could not fault our stay here. Will definitely return .

Great room, good facilities! A clean bathroom, a little 'kitchen' with an extra sink, a little fridge, an electric kettle and coffeemachine. Location was in the citycentre close to the beach. Parking was difficult in the citycentre, but the host sent us a nice parkingspot about 10 minutes walking from the B&B which was not to expensive. Other communication with the host was also good. Had a great stay here!

The property is so clean and so beautiful! Very central located and has access to bars/restaurants near by and the shopping area. The beach is also inly 3 min walk away. The owner is very thoughtful and gave us so much support for parking solutions. The bed is very comfortable and coffee and snacks are also offered which I find extremely kind. I really recommend this property!

The villa is wonderful. Super refurbished. Rooms clean, everything provided: fresh towels, bath cosmetics. We had a "Mare" room with a private bathroom. Well-equipped kitchen - everything you need for short and long rest. The kitchen is for all residents of the villa. You can meet cool Italians. Even though we speak very basic Italian and they don't speak any English, it was fun. You can always get along with gestures :) Beautiful small garden (ex. there is kumquat tree inside. If you cook, you can find some herbs :)) and pleace for one car. Silvana, the owner, is very friendly and helpful! Great contact, everything arranged "on-line". I regret that there was no opportunity to meet in person, because we were only one night on the way to Contrada Santa Teresa. If Poglia is in the plans next year, we will of course repeat the visit :) 10/10 - I recommend it!

It was extremely clean and was finished to an exceptional standard. The room had everything you needed, especially really good aircon! Great location with only a short 5 minute walk to the supermarket and another 15 minutes to the beachfront. The staff were the most helpful and organised you could ask for. There is not one bad thing I could say about this property. Worth every single penny.

The apartment is new, modern, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The appliances are all new and look high-end, and the kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, cooking pots and even three different ways to make coffee.The location is great, just a 5-minute walk to the beach and around 15 minutes to the main street, yet in a quiet and safe area. We also really appreciated the host, who was incredibly kind, responsive to any issues, and helpful throughout our stay. She gave us great recommendations and even helped arrange a taxi for us. Overall would definitely recommend this place for a relaxing stay!
