Very spacious and clean room with a beautiful view located in a very quiet/peaceful area. Room is as advertised. Raffaele had excellent communication and was extremely helpful. He provided picture directions that helped us easily locate the hotel. Self check in was well explained and easy. We arrived by car which worked well and the stairs were easy to navigate even with our heavy suitcases. We left by ferry via the port (approx 25 min walk) and it was a bit of a hike down to the water with many stairs but manageable even with our heavy suitcases. There is a porter service to get bags down to the port if you prefer (we preferred the exercise challenge). Both my daughter and I felt very safe walking around even late into the evening. We loved this hotel and would highly recommend.
