We made our reservation in very short notice, but the host was welcoming and quickly checked us in and got us completely situated. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. Lots of variety for choices of foods, juices, bread and delicious coffee.

Surrounded by nature in the Burggrafenamt area, the family-run Pension Chalet Andy offers an indoor swimming pool with hydromassage and whirpool, a Finnish sauna, and a steam bath.

The hotel's location in Dorf Tirol was fantastic, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and easy access to Meran city via the bus 221 using the free of charge guest card provided by the hotel. The single-room I stayed in was comfortable and clean, providing a relaxing environment after a long day of exploring the Panorama-Promenade The owners are friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests I had during my stay. The breakfast was generous, exceeding my expectations for the price. As an outstanding point I would mention the flower garden around the house. It looks amazing with all of the bright colors and vivid tones. I personally selected this hotel in the first place due to the pictures of the exterior with all those flowers. Overall, my stay at this hotel was pleasant, and I would consider staying here again in the future, especially for the convenient location and friendly staff. Thank you for providing a comfortable stay during my time in Meran.
