The best place we stayed at in Cinque Terre - sleek, modern vibe for the room (we stayed in the Panorama suite, that accommodated well 2 adults and 2 children). Everything is comfortable, this room has a big terrace with a great sea view, a sofa bed, chaises-longues and a jacuzzi. We appreciated the welcome pack (esp after an intense trek from Manarola), the great Vertuo coffee machine, the well-stocked and included mini bar in the room as well as the lovely breakfast. All in all, everything is done with attention to detail and with the client's comfort in mind. The owners and staff go the extra mile and this makes all the difference. We're regularly choosing high end hotels on holidays and our experience at this place was very much in line with what you would expect from a 5* hotel, with the added benefit of the personalised service and attention you get from a family type of business. We highly recommend.

Perfect location for us visiting the Cinque Terre for the first time. It's about a 5 min walk from the train station, and is situated in one of the best locations you could get in both Riomaggiore and the Cinque Terre. Although the accomodation is on the main street, noise is mostly blocked out. The accommodation itself had everything required for a decent stay in the area, including cooking facilities and decent wifi. We didn't meet the host, but check-in and check-out instructions were clear via WhatsApp.

The room is sparkling clean, best location in Riomaggiore for watching sunset. There's a cute terrace garden and a heated jacuzzi. A perfect place to make you feel like you're on holiday. Strongly recommended.

We loved our stay at Riomaggiore thanks to Alexandra. She helped us find the location, the room was big and comfy, everything we could need for breakfast was provided. the location is great- right in riomaggiore marina the room itself is packed with coffe, tea, bottles water and orange juice free of charge great showers , high quality soaps and shampoo . the host- Paolo is very nice and helping gave us great advices for the region and on what to do overall I think this house reaches a hotel- like standard . cons- you can hear what’s happening in the rooms next to you.

The host- Jesus was exceptional and super kind from before we arrived and throughout our stay! Communication was super easy and he was always available to answer questions. The place itself was exceptional and exceeded all expectations. It was super clean and spacious and we even got free snacks :) We had the big terrace all to ourselves for the duration of the stay and the views were magnificent. There were very friendly ladies cleaning all morning and made sure the place was spotless. We couldn't have got luckier with our booking :)
