The location was fantastic, we arrived at 11 am long before check in. Julia was amazing she took our bags, gave us a map and information about the area. She said she'd call when room was ready. We thought it wouldn't be til 3 but she called us within an hour and she had put all our bags in our room. We didn't have the breakfast because we wanted to get up and go walking right away. The staff was so lovely and would highly recommend staying here.

The staff was excellent, Elisabetta help us a lot in organising the taxi transfer from the airport to the hotel. During the stay Alexandra (Hungarian girl) was our "contact person", she was wonderful during the whole time, she prepared us delicious breakfast all in the mornings and gave us a lot of useful information about the place of interests of Rome.

Excellent location, great communication with the staff, clean room and comfortable bed. The complementary drinks in the mini bar was a nice touch and the romantic display of petals on the bed as well as the Prosecco, being Valentine’s Day, was also a nice surprise.
