The room was bright, clean and very comfortable. Although the apartment doesn't have a kitchen, there was a small refrigerator with yoghurts and bottled water, a coffee maker with plenty of capsules and a basket with some breakfast essentials. Spacious bathroom and closet, plenty of room. The location is perfect, right in the center of San Daniele del Friuli.

Simply amazing. The apartment/hotel was very central, the access was very easy and the rooms were really a special level of comfort. Spacious, relaxing, shower was brilliant too. Staff were very friendly and accommodating when we asked for more towels and tea. The views into the square were lovely too. I wish every booking was like this. If ever near the area again would not hesitate to book. A real gem :)

We had a lovely stay. The room was super nice, everything was really thoughtful and the hosts were so nice and helpful. There was also privat parking and a nice terrace to enjoy and chill. Everything was new and cozy. We absolutely recommend this place. Thank you!

Very nice and quiet location. We had a cosy apartment with a really comfortable bed. Patricia is a great host, we felt to be welcomed, she left us additional coffee on the door in the morning ;-)

Duilio the owner is very nice and friendly! He received us a little bit early and also gave us a ride to the bus station next day! The apartment is super clean, the bathroom is very pretty. Also the Christmas decorations and music gave us a nice Winter ❄️ Christmas 🎄 feeling. He also prepared a very nice home made breakfast for us.
