Even though we stayed in this property only for one night, it was definitely a pleasant stay. The swimming pool was amazing. There is restaurant as a part of this property. The food was amazing with affordable prices. We had a private entrance into two double rooms that we booked.

OMG! What a find. I didn’t expect such a high level of room standard and terrace. This place blew me away. We tried to book extra nights once there as it’s unbelievably stunning, but it was fully booked out. The room is outstanding. Simply gorgeous. Every little thing thought through. Gorgeous furnishings. Huge terrace to sip on wine and snack on Italian things. So comfortable. This place is a real find.

OK, we weren't expecting much after our overnight plane ride from the States. After finding it (a little tricky), we were very happy. There are just two rooms and we had the place to ourselves (a bonus). It's a lovely old house and it was immaculate and modernized. You can walk into the little village where there is a bar a few places to eat (Il Capriccio was excellent). It was perfect!

Beautiful house with clean rooms, new bathroom and an amazing view of the Tuscan countryside. The owner is very gentle and provides excellent customer service. The beds and especially the pillows are very comfortable. The location is perfect too, in the entrance of the old town, free parking in the street is easily available. I would love to come back here and I hope I will.
