The room is at a location very close to the Campus Bio-Medico University. The room was nice, and not too expensive. Although a bit difficult to reach by public transport, they offer a (paid) shuttle service from the airport.

as I had a broken knee I couldn’t enjoy the facilities as much as I would have liked. owner was brilliant and as helpful as she could be as my Italian was non existent and she only understood a portion of what I was saying. Nor can I comment about the location as with no crutches I could only gabble to the local pharmacy for pain killers with the aid of a long stick kindly supplied by the owner fir me.

This is an easy 10/10... First of all, Geraldine is a wonderful host! The place is peaceful, even the air is much better than in the citycenter:) You can get into Rome quickly by train/metro. The station is just 2 minutes on foot from the accommodation. If you want to have a good rest, this is the perfect place to stay!

The place was fully renovated, incredibly clean and tidy and it had all the comfort we wanted: a kitchen, a balcony with great views to a dome, towels and bathrobes, some free coffee capsules, tee and water bottles, and most importantly: an air conditioner and a fridge in each room! Francesco, the host was veery attentive and human, he even knew how to communicate in Spanish (we went from Spain). The check in was done very smoothly! Thank you!

Location was so perfect to reach city of Rome and Colosseum. It was just few minutes away from the Rome city and location was less crowded compared to Rome. Host sent a detailed message about the restaurants around the location it was helpful to try new cuisines. The room and common area was exceptionally beautiful.

Everything was organized and set for our arrival. Didn't need to wait. Even if there was some technical problems, the owners rushed to help. And everything else was nice and comfortable.
