I was put in one of the new rooms which was much better than the one in the photos. I didn’t have a balcony but I preferred this room and the bathroom was lovely. They even had USB sockets and Bluetooth mirror to play music whilst you shower.

Kuma was very friendly and helpful. It was all very straightforward. There was a fridge with water and cocke for us, as well as biscuits and coffee and tea. Excellent choice for 4 nights to explore Cinque Terre - very welcoming family met us at train station, gave advice on everything, served excellent home made breakfast- fresh fruit, juice, coffee, bacon, eggs, etc - 3 menus to choose. Spotless apartment, new and fresh, quality beds and pillows, coffee and tea in the room, water as well. We stayed in a room with balcony. Perfect- with a view to a nice garden where breakfast was served. Easy walk to train station - 10 min. Safe, quite silent area. Old town restaurants easy to reach, some grocery shop close. I would go back again and again! Hosts drove us to the station on departure day as well- what else you can ask! Highly suggest this place!

It was very central right near the train station, with easy access to the Cinque Terre towns. The room was extremely clean and as just shown in all the photos. The host was very welcoming and extremely helpful. He kept in touch to ensure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We also met the cleaner who provided us with some extra water on a hot day. We would highly recommend this property and the host.

Truly one of the best hospitality experiences I've ever had in my life. The location is lovely: a quiet, peaceful area just a short walk from the city center. Everything was spotlessly clean and beautifully modern. I wholeheartedly recommend this place — it was perfect in every way!

Very clean and comfy rooms, the shower is very nicely designed lots of space for even a bigger person, the accommodation is very close to the harbour and the bus station witch goes to a nice beach one one side and the train station on the other if you are there to visit cinque terre. The manager (Salvatore) is very nice and welcoming, he always maked sure that we are okey and gaved information about restaurants and some of the local things that we can do in town and in the five villages. I forgot to mention that we also received a complimentary bottle of watter each and some local pesto whitch was delicious. Thank you again for the lovely stay!

The host Alessandro was exceptionally helpful and easy to communicate with. Room was clean and modern. Great shower. Working air conditioning. The most comfortable bed we have had yet in Italy. Fun old time-y elevator that still works great. Restaurants and coffee shops nearby. We can't figure out why this place was such a good price compared to others we have experienced in Italy that were not as nice.

Such a great place. 400 meters away Charging place for E-Car. Close to Edens Rooms, there is a small local bakery: best croissant and best espresso only for 2,8 Euro. The lady is also super friendly and helped a lot.

Very cosy and clean room with nice terrace. I spent 4 nights and enjoyed the stay. The host Betty was very nice and check in was easy. Apartment was 20min walking distance to La Spezia Migliarina train station where you could take trains to Cinque Terre.

This is such a lovely place with an adorable host. We were greeted very warmly and had a lovely room. It was spacious, clean and air conditioned. Parking is right in front of the house as well as the pool. The breakfast is lovely and the fresh coffee specialties each morning a bless. Would highly recommend as a place to get to cinque terre and down the coast.
