Every single detail is perfect. This is next level. The person who made this either is very intelligent or has education in tourism. Sparkling Clean, comfy. But then it gets better: - Each side of the bed can turn on or off the main light - That's the level of detail - You've got everything you need. Everything. - There's a lovely balcony - The area looks nice Don't even bother staying anywhere else in La Spezia and I do really mean it.

We spent, my wife and I, four wonderful days at la Maison du Lion. It was a great experience. The accommodation was very confortable and clean. The location is very handy, all interesting sites are easily accessible. The host is extremely nice and attentionate. She made our stay very much enjoyable. She was very helpful giving us advice on how to get the best from our sightseeing visits. She spared no effort to provide extra when needed. The breakfast is excellent and with good quality fresh ingredients and produce. We are very grateful to the host for the wonderful time we had. This is honestly the best hotel I satyed in Italy! For a reasonable price you get a high class room with more than everything you need (even with european type electric sockets :) what is a great problem in Italy). I would like to wish the owner to keep this level and reasonable prices! I mostly enjoyed the temperature in a room, the bathroom which was so clean and well-equiped and also I liked the bed with heavy warm blanket and very comfortable pillows.

We like everything with our stay here, beautiful and clean room even a terrace connected to the room. We got a basket with free breakfast and free bottles of water in the refrigerator. The host is wonderful so helpful and we got a warmly welcome from her. We highly recommend to stay here and if we going back to La spezia we gonna choose this. We take the train to La spezia and don’t have a car but it’s was easy to take the train from the other station here in La spezia if you want to visit cinque Terre.
