Great location in old town Sirmione right next to the castle. Very easy access and gaining access is very easy too. We arrived on a late flight and easily got into the room at around 10pm.

Our stay at Speranzina was truly magical! The minute we stepped into their beautiful oasis of calm from the hustle and bustle of the streets, we felt like we were being welcomed into a gorgeous family home. The room was decorated with incredible taste and every little detail was carefully thought out. The setting on the lake couldn't be beaten and the food, oh the food! Just amazing. We had the eight course tasting menu with wine paring in the evening. All of it truly exceptional and a once in a lifetime (for us!) treat, which we will remember for many years to come. But above all, the people are what makes this place. Outstanding. Many thanks to the team for such a wonderful stay.

Such an extraordinary beautiful place to stay! 2-3 km outside the old town, so you need a car for your stay. But parking was not an issue because there is a gated parking area on the yard. We had a suite for 4 persons and it was just stunning. So much space, big rooms and so stylish decor. The renovation obviosuly was cleverly designed. Even the elevator was placed so that none of the guest rooms shared a wall with it. We stayed after Christmas in winter but I would love to visit this place again during spring or autumn. As close to perfection I can imagine. I will never forget the star sky when we arrived.

Great location in the center of Desenzano. The room was very modern and clean. Very comfortable beds. The host Valerio was very kind and helpful, he gave us lots of great tips to make sure we enjoyed our vacation. Would definitely recommend!

Great place to stay in Peschiera. Very conformable beds, great view from the terrace. The owner was very friendly - great person. Showers are great - nice big rooms - easy to park car.

We booked the double room with balcony with Partial Lake view and enjoyed a wonderful stay !!! -----Very beautiful, elegant and stylish room, very comfortable and bright space, everything is of high quality, it shows that much attention was paid to details and decoration. The lighting was great, too! Soundproofing great ! ----Super clean, shining , comfortable and beautiful bathroom with all amenities of high standards ! ----The lady who wellcomed us did her best to check us in the earlier possible, before check in time.She was very kind and professional like almost a 5* receptionist!! ----Tea-coffee making facilities( espresso e.t.c.), 2 free bottles of water in fridge. ----Small fridge on the wall, tiny i would say, for just 3-4 bottles ----LOCATION: What can i say ???? Definately this is the best in Peschiera!! The building stands proudly just in front of the lake, the Ferry stop is just accross the road. The bus stop to Sirmione , Verona, (Bus no 26 )e.t.c is across the road on the right side, 40m away. The bus stop to Desenzano, train station e.t.c( Bus No 483 ) is on the same side of the road as the guesthouse, some meters away . On the right of the building , few steps away, you will find the Information Office to get all bus tickets and maps. Lots of restaurants and caffes around, too. ----THE VIEW : Although we had Partial Lake view balcony, the view was stunning!!!We could enjoy a significant part of the lake with the ferries and the most scenic lakefront part of Pesciera with the beautiful bridges with the flowers on them we see on internet photos! A very relaxing time spent on this balcony since the little traffic on the street below flows gently and it is nice watching people walking around...An unforgettable experience !! ----The best value for money, compared to other accommodations we had in our trip and to others in Peschiera...Don't miss it !!!! STRONGLY recommended !!!

Rooms are big and comfortable. We had also a balcony. There is a pool available for guests with few sunbeds. Object is located outside the centre, so it is not a crowded surrounding. You can walk to the beach (around 20 minutes). Parking is available and the gate is closed, so you can safely park your car. The owner is very nice, helpful and also flexible. We didn't manage to arrive on time, but he quickly figured out a solution for self check-in. Breakfasts are tasty with good choice of food. Coffee is perfect.

The location is in a quiet place of the countryside and you can get to Sirmione in 15mn or to Verona in 30mn. The hotel itself is a pearl with excellent service. Rooms are big, clean, well equipped. The staff is the kindest you can find and very professional.
