This was a pleasant surprise. The location was amazing. Very close to St Mark's Basilica and a lot of great restaurants We were able to visit all main attractions by walking and no need for the water bus. The facilities are new and modern, considering most of the hotels in Venice are very old. Also, they were able to install and elevator, which was a plus for my mother(70 years old).

Set on Venice’s Grand Canal, Locanda Leon Bianco is set in a residential building opposite the Ca' da Mosto Palace.

We got an upgrade to the junior suite and the room was gorgeous! It was spacious, nicely decorated and super clean. They even have a private pier for gondola ride right outside our room. The hotel staff Enrico was extremely nice and helpful. He gave us accurate recommendations for restaurants and places to visit in Venice. He even arranged a private gondola ride for us and it was amazing! Our stay in this hotel was the highlight of our trip and is the best stay throughout our 2 weeks travel in Europe.

Overall family hotel vibe of this place, fantastically friendly and kind hotel owners, easy and very informative communication regarding check in and out procedures, simple but very tasty breakfast (with the best tiramisu I ever tried in Italy - very close to what I do at home). Due to our early morning check out we were given a tasty bag with two sandwiches, two small cakes, two fruits and two juices, which were very safely packed with love to us as tourists. Good location 15 minutes max from the railway station and 8 minutes max from the bus station - this was very convenient to walk upon late arrival and on early departure.

Ca' Pagan offers richly decorated rooms in Venice's historic centre. You will be near the Grand Canal and Saint Mark's Square. The San Samuele waterbus stop is 100 metres away.

Beautiful hotel, we had a two bedroom king suite and also a classic suite, both were very comfortable and clean in a quiet area but easy walking distance to everywhere and close to the bus and train station. The staff were very friendly and helpful and breakfast was good quality and plentiful. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel when returning to Venice

Excellent place, very good location. The owners are super nice and helpful! There is also a private bathroom, outside the room, which was not in the description. We thought it would be shared!

The property was the perfect place to stay for my short trip to Venice. Ilaria was SO helpful, meeting me for check in and giving me plenty of information and recommendations around Venice. Beautiful hotel, the room was great, spacious and clean. It had everything we needed, coffee machine, tea, water etc.. We were greeted as we arrived, shown around and given some local information along with a drink as the info was provided.

We just loved the surroundings of the hotel! Dorsoduro will be the best sestiere of Venice for us to stay in. Very local, vibrant, full of points of interest and places to stroll and eat- yet absolutely close to the center. Ca' Rezzonico vaporetto stop nearby as well as Accademia Bridge. The hotel itself is very cosy, small and, what is maybe the most important, has the feeling of well kept home. And this is, I guess, in the most part thanks to Noel, the heartful host of the place. Our room was clean, and the personnel was attentive and quick to respond to our needs. We loved the view into the narrow yet lively street, a cosy little garden and the old houses. Yes, and the silk wall coverings vere beautiful!
