The apartment is central and very well kept. the room was clean and Maurizio, the owner cleaned it and replaced sheets and towels after 2 days from our stay. He was very helpful with directions and suggestions too. shuttle bus was available at the end of September which made it easier for us to move within Villasimius. Definitely recommend this apartment at it is very central.

The room was recently renovated and had all amenities that could ask for including a hair dryer! The location is great, next to a local parking lot and the main road of villasimius. Simius beach is also walking distance 15 mins or so. Noemi was very helpful and accommodating and got our days started with beautiful breakfasts! Would definitely recommend it if you are visiting the area.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in a clean, modern apartment just steps away from the center and 15 minute walk from the sea, and I couldn’t have been more satisfied. The apartment itself was immaculate and clearly very new, with fresh furnishings and all the comforts of home. Everything was well thought out, from the cozy interior to the fully equipped kitchen. They had a jacuzi. The location was perfect for a relaxing seaside getaway. The owner was friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. In the city center a big, light, modern and cozy apartment. The view from the balcony is heaven. I really liked our STAY at Bellavista. On the other side of the apartment you have a big terrace with coffe maker and loundry machine… A big and modern bathroom. Location is the perfect… you are in the heart of the city, and 10 minutes walk to the beach…. Contactless, easy check in…
