United KingdomI arrived to a guesthouse, but left as family. My stay was not only very comfortable and pleasant, I also felt a lot of genuine warmth from the owners, taking care of me every step of the way. The house is beautiful, with Japanese artwork and spirit throughout. I'd suggest staying for a few days to be able to get to know the owners, their friends and also other guests - it'll be worth it. I'll definitely be back.

I was the only one in the guest house during my stay except for one night. Each day she made me breakfast and dinner, which was delicious might I add. She also lent me her personal bike.
