Everything ! This guesthouse was one of the best I enjoyed during my stays in Japan. Kind, polite and adorable staff, all equipped kitchen, shower and toilets IN the room (which is rare), towels rental is totally free, they also are changed everyday. Common spaces are huge also :) On top of that, the place's very close to Beppu station (5 min).

Clean and big enough space for family with children. Children could sleep in separated room from living room so that they could go to bed as usual. Free drinks, tv games and Netflix at common area, our children liked it and they played with young friendly staffs. Within 10 minutes walking to Beppu train station and near a shopping mall.

Spacious capsules, very thick comfy mattress, great onsen and AMAZING LOCATION. It's 1 minute from the Oita airport bus stop and there's restaurants and a huge mall next to it. The staff spoke perfect English and was very kind to explain things about the area. Great beautiful lounge and kitchen area.

It's conveniently located at Kannawa - near Hyotan Onsen and Jigoku Onsen. It's safe, even during night time. It's safe to walk along the streets of Kannawa where the property is located. Beds and bathrooms are clean. Japanese 日本語 and Chinese 中国語 ok!

The location was quite easy to find. There's also convenient stores nearby and fast food joint. The room is comfortable and had all the basic necessity. We're very lucky that it happened that there's no other guest than us at the weekend we stayed, the staff very friendly and helpful welcoming us to use the rotenburo as much as we'd like. I wish we could stay longer than one night lol
