Very convenient location and quiet, even with the common area near the dorms. Ventilation in the dorms was great, air was fresh.

Location was the center of Arima onsen. It was easy to work around. After checkout, the accommodation could keep our luggage so we can have the tour smoothly. The place is super clean and the staff members are kind. Next time I would love to reserve dinner or breakfast here.

This was my first dorm-style stay. I was a bit worried but when I got there, it actually turned out to be lovely. The place was very clean, including the shower and toilet area.. everyone was quiet and respectful in the sleeping area, and I was glad to be able to use the cafe to get some work done (it was late and the cafe was closed). The next morning, I enjoyed a breakfast and it was SO delicious and worth it. The thick cut toast and croissant were both fresh baked and perfect.

A very friendly welcome and walked to the hostel by Zen. He showed me how everything worked. The place was so clean and very high value or money. I've re booked at the end of this trip.

I’ve stayed in a lot of Japanese hostels and capsule hotels and this one was maybe the nicest I’ve ever been in. The bunks were really solid and very nicely built and the whole place was super clean.

Clean and centrally located. The host is super responsive. The beds were comfortable and the giant window was so beautiful. We didn’t want to leave.

Hostel Anchorage is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk away from Motomachi Station and about a 7-minute train ride and walk away from Sannomiya Station.

The family who have owned and operated this place for many decades are very kind and welcoming. I received many offers of assistance before and especially after my medical procedures at a nearby hospital. Walk less than 5 minutes toward the coast to access the many food options at the mall and a scenic beach. Family Mart is a 5 minutes walk West.
