Everything, wonderful team, the owners truly treated us as 'guests'. The perfect way to arrive as first timers in Kyoto. Slept very well, super breakfast. Despite other guests in a compact space, the Guesthouse ambience made us all very respectful and accommodating. Great location a little away from the tourist scene but has it's own local charm and easy walking reach from temples and sightseeing. Coffee in the lounge in front of the bog tree just what we needed in the morning.

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were so nice, and made tea and snacks for our arrival. They were super helpful with recommondations for what we could see and where to eat during our stay in Kyoto. The appartment was very cozy and clean, and had a very comfortable bed. We could park our car right by the appartment. There were several restaurants, stores and sights near by. If we ever go back to Kyoto, this is were we are staying!

The hotel is located to the south of the Kyoto Imperial Palace and is very close to the subway station. The rooms are spacious and feature a classic Japanese-style bathroom. With four beds, it is perfect for families or groups of friends traveling together. The hotel's front desk staff are very friendly and can store luggage for guests. Overall, the experience was excellent.

Staying in this house was a great experience. The house was lovely, in a very central and beautiful location and had all you needed. Perfect place for a full Kyoto experience.

This was the best booking in our lives, I really don't have idea how to describe staying here, because it was sooo fantastic! Morio and Yoshika were the best hosts ever. Breakfast was different everyday and delicious and healthy, they prepared tea and snacks every afternoon after our exploring. Morio also gave us a ride few times, what ment to us so much... Yoshiko washed our clothes and cuddled our children with sweets and cartoons. The house is also fantastic, 100 years old Japanese wooden house, we are not going to forget it, ever! Thank you 😍.
