Very beautiful place. the beds are very comfortable, and the hostel is very clean. Very nice human experience, the owner takes the time to chat with you, and to share his knowledge of the region and Japan. very nice experience! We really enjoyed our stay here, the owner was so lovely and helpful. The beds were comfortable enough, AC worked well, and room and toilets/showers were clean. The toilet/showers were on a different floor, and there was only one shower, which could be a problem if the guest house was busy. It was a nice bonus being able to explore the surrounding areas by bicycle, and the location was great - close to the castle.

Amazing. There was free shuttle to the nearest JR station. We didn't book the shuttle beforehand but we were able to take it anyway. The breakfast was amazing and the location is very good. Very close to the bus stop which we had to take because JR operations were suspended due to heavy rain. Value was so good.

Kenny and Lumi were exceptionally kind. Very helpful and thoughtful. This is a very good place to stay, especially if you don't speak Japanese since Kenny and Lumi both speak English: they are always willing to give advice and tips, and always willing and ready to help. Also, the inn is pet friendly. Our rabbits had a great time too.

Excellent stay at Tatara Guest House in Yasugi, Daniel the host was very helpful and informative with lots of helpful suggestions and advice. Much appreciated. Perfect for visiting the Adachi Museum & Gardens as well as visiting Matsue. Highly recommended.
